Session Frequency
Everyone’s needs are different, and the frequency of therapy depends on what feels most supportive for you. Many people find it helpful to start with weekly or extended biweekly sessions so we can build consistency and trust. As you begin to feel more confident applying tools and insights outside of our sessions, we may decide to decrease the frequency of appointments. We’ll work together to create a rhythm that fits your goals, schedule, and comfort level.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take insurance?
I do not accept insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
How often should I come to therapy?
It depends on your needs and goals. Many people start with weekly sessions for consistency and support. Over time, we may adjust to biweekly or monthly sessions as you feel more confident.
Do you offer in person or online sessions?
Both! I currently provide in office and telehealth sessions.
What are your hours?
8am-2pm Tuesday-Friday.
What can I expect in our first session?
Our first 90 minute meeting is about getting to know each other. I’ll ask about your history, goals, and what brings you to counseling. You’ll also have space to ask questions and see if my approach feels like a good fit for you.
