About Me

Hello, I’m Megan, a Licensed Professional Counselor-Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP). I support adults through life’s challenges and transitions with a warm, collaborative approach. I specialize in helping individuals navigate ADHD, Autism Spectrum traits (ASD), anxiety, life adjustments, and post-traumatic stress features (CPTSD). In therapy, I focus on building self-awareness, resilience, and practical strategies, creating a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel supported as they work toward growth and well-being.

I am a licensed master’s-level clinician trained in clinical mental health, with additional certification as an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS) and training in perinatal mental health and EMDR. Before counseling, I worked as an educator, teaching Spanish across public, private, and home school settings (grades K–12). Working with children and youth in education sparked a lifelong passion for supporting growth and development across the lifespan, which naturally led me to counseling.

I now focus on helping adults navigate major life transitions—including early adulthood, career and relationship changes, parenthood (including parents of children with special needs), and midlife shifts. I also work with individuals experiencing multicultural challenges, perinatal and postpartum experiences (including prematurity and NICU), women’s health concerns, caregiver or professional burnout, social anxiety, spiritual trauma, histories of sexual abuse, self-esteem challenges, and general life stress. My goal is to provide an empathetic, collaborative, and supportive space where clients can heal, grow, and develop practical tools for thriving in their daily lives.
